Law and Politics of International Organizations?Course (PLS441) in?Global Studies Program at AIU?presents an open guest lecture by Mr. Dirk?Hebecker, entitled “Global Displacement – The Bigger Picture and Japan”. This lecture is open to all students, faculty and staff at AIU, as well as the public.?

難民?避難民の増加問題について国際社会は措置をとらなければならない状況にあります。この講義では、難民問題の最前線にいるUNHCR（国連難民高等弁務官事務所）の駐日事務所代表 ダーク?へベカー氏よりご講演いただきます。 With the rising number of refugees and internally displaced persons, the international community must take actions. UNHCR is on the front.?This is an opportunity to listen to an official of UNHCR on refugee issues.? |
